The restaurant is very famous and cool place in dallas. The mango, corn, seaweed salad, carrot is very great. The food is fresh and tasty. The chicken is cooked well and of good quality. Theory bowl, mixed with salmon, avocado, local carrots, edamame, mango, shiso salt, and coconut-lime sauce, and the Umami Classic, featuring Pacific hamachi, house-made furikake, shoyu, and black sesame emulsion in the restaurant. They have great patio in the nice part of the town. They have many flavor of local craft beer and wine in the FreshFin Poké.
