Gemma Restaurant is very famous and cool place in dallas. The food and drinks are also amazing. The menu is a fresh farm-to-table concept with subtle asian influences, which is very unique. The sweet potato has pickled okra and collard greens. We all selected the blood orange margarita. The color is vibrant and the drink is tasty. The burrata is on toast with red onion, pickled green tomoato and almonds are very tasty. They have a great selection of local craft beer at the restaurant.

Restaurant Atmosphere Food Service Cleanliness Bang for your Buck The Crowd Parking & Accessibility
Many Fine Dining restaurants have an air of snootiness about them - not Gemma. The food was exceptional. The fried olives and pecans were a yummy appetizer. The chicken porchetta and the egg noodle pasta was superb. I will definitely be going back.
