The green tea rice, 2 scoops of tuna marinated in a soy sauce, chopped sweet onion, scallions, hijiki seaweed, soy marinated cucumber, kaiware, sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauceare in the Poke Bop. The seafood choices are fresh. Food is fresh and ready super quick and pretty healthy. The brown rice with a side of two proteins,fresh salmon and tuna it is delicious with some mango and seaweed salad, amazing. They have many flavor of local craft beer and wine in the restaurant.
