Eats and eats is very famous and clean place in dallas. it is a perfectly moist toffee tort that is topped with bourbon anglaise, spiced pecans, and as much house-made whipped cream is tasty. They take their already amazingly chewy and flavorful dough, add cheese, then top it with hot soppressata (a spicy Italian cured meat, similar to pepperoni), bacon jam, and then douse it with habanero honey. They have nice selection of local craft beer and whisky in the restaurant.
