In this mixology, Keith manipulates states of matter to create new flavors, feels, textures, aromas & visuals that enhance the drink & make the drinker's experience more interesting. In better terms meaning the world of fusion and how spirits react to fresh fruits, spices & organic herbs.
All our sauces, zest, and syrups are prepared fresh weekly and homemade by Keith himself.

Established in 2007
Four Lounge is Dallas's only New York style lounge. Four Lounge started off with four partners dreams to bring alittle of the east coast to the Big D. They wanted a venue in the State Thomas area of uptown that had the style of New york with a friendly atmoshphere.
