Rockwall Harbor Docks @ 7pm and chandlers about 7:30
All Boaters Welcome
Decorate your Boat and Join Us
The boats will leave Sapphire No Wake Entrance on the water at 6:30pm promptly , go down shore of I-30, drive by The Harbor and then by Chandlers and turn around and do a second pass in front of The Harbor, then return to your dock.
