I've had a long love affair with pastries and other delectables. Over the years I've experimented with different ingredients and methods, developed our own unique techniques, and compiled some incredible recipes.
I renewed my affinity for pastry making on Pi day 2012 (March 14) and, after sharing much with friends and family, decided to take the next step and open up shop.
My community continues to be a momentous encouragement and motivation as I navigate the process of operating a business. Many of my recipes were perfected through suggestions and comments of loved ones and I am continually dedicated to creating joy through my foods.
I am extremely passionate about my foods and community and strive to provide the highest quality delectable treats, made with love, to those around me.
