We'll be reviewing applicants to get a diverse mix of snacks, entrees and desserts for Mudhook's St. Paddy's Day Beer Festival.
The City of Duncanville has amended its ordinances to allow for food trucks now. There is plenty of pent up demand for a food truck event here and sales will show that at the end of the night.
Not looking for a truck with minimums, we're looking for fellow entrepreneurs that can take a risk on new opportunities.
