Description
Chaat, the quintessential word to describe lip-smackingly good Indian street food, create a tantalizing combination of tastes and textures in every bite. These dishes, usually smaller portions, are served as appetizers and finger foods at parties and gatherings - and are made even more appealing when served with complementary chutneys and spice combinations. Sapna will introduce you to two essential chutneys - and the important role they play in Indian cuisine - and then explore the world of chaat as she shows you how to create both traditional and non-traditional versions of these delights.
For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.
