Spring Equinox Ceremony & Sound Bath

The Spring Equinox is a time to create balance in your life. Release whatever thoughts/habits/energies that are not supporting you in your life and make way to bring in energies to manifest the life that you want! In a burning bowl ceremony we will be writing down what no longer serves us on flash paper and then release these energies into the fire. Then we will set our intentions for bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations. The ceremony and meditation begins at 7:30pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 10 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
